Terms & Conditions

  1. An order once placed will not be cancelled for any reason and under any circumstances. Also, if the goods of the order are not collected on the given date, interest at the rate of 18% (per cent /annum) will have to be paid as compensation, and if the price increases, the difference of the increased market price will have to be paid. Goods ordered will not be delivered without a receipt.
  2. There is no reduction in weight on breaking/replacement of gold jewellery purchased from Govind Dande & Sons Pvt Ltd. (Except ornaments like Mani, Thushi)
  3. Pedhi will not be responsible if the order cannot be completed on the given date due to any unavoidable reason.
  4. Gold/Money deposited against the order will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  5. Goods once sold will not be exchanged under any circumstances.
  6. You have been shown that the jewellery is in good condition. Also, jewellery is fragile and delicate and should be used with care. Pedhi does not accept responsibility for its breakage/damage due to mishandling.
  7. There may be 0.050 gm variation in the weight of the goods, the company (Pedhi) is not responsible for this.
  8. If the original form of the said goods is changed, then Pedhi does not accept responsibility for its purity.
  9. This receipt must be accompanied along with the said goods for breaking or exchanging and further transactions will be done with the original owner only.
  10. If the goods are brought for sale / breakage or for exchange, the money of stones, pearls, beads, enamel, labour charges and all kinds of taxes will not be refunded
  11. 22 carat gold will be sold at 5% less than the current market price and 1.5% less for 24 carat gold. Also, when there is uncertainty in the price of gold, there may be a change in the terms and conditions of breakage
  12. While exchanging 22 carat jewellery, the amount will be as per the current market price of 22 carat.
  13. If 24 carat rings/coins are to be purchased by exchanging 22 carat jewellery, then the amount of 22 carat jewellery will be paid as per the current market price and 24 carat can be purchased at current market price. Both transactions will be separate.
  14. If a 22 carat gold coin is brought for exchange, its value will be assumed to be the current market price of 22 carat gold. At the time of breaking, the amount will be 1% less than the prevailing market price of 22 carat gold.
  15. The amount will be 2% less than the current market price at the time of breaking the silver goods. Also, when there is uncertainty in the price of silver, the terms and conditions of breakage may change.
  16. 70% of the weight of the tarnished silver goods will be paid according to the market value of the scrap
  17. Govind Dande & Sons reserves all rights to accept or not to accept jewellery purchased from us or brought for breakage/replacement. It is not obligatory for the pedhi to take back the said ornaments
  18. If the amount brought for the sale of jewellery is ₹10,000 or more, the amount will be paid by cross-account payee cheque,
  19. All legal proceedings will be under Nashik jurisdiction.
  20. Govind Dande & Sons Private Limited reserves all rights to modify all of the above rules.
  21. Sellers of Goods for breakage to Pedhis have today permanently sold their entire ownership of the goods described in the above details to Pedhis. In case of any dispute regarding the ownership of the said goods, the seller of the goods shall be responsible for the same. It will not apply to the Pedhi. The satisfactory and fair price of the said goods at today's breakage price has been paid in cash/cheque.

Terms & Conditions for Diamond Jewellery, Platinum Jewellery & Navratna:

  1. On exchange of diamond jewellery the price of gold and diamond will be as per current market price and on resale of diamond jewellery a 10% discount will be taken on the current market price of diamond and the price of gold will be as per current market price. All taxes and wages are non-refundable.
  2. When exchanging platinum 5% reduction in weight as per the current market price and 100% value of the diamond in jewellery will be given. A 10% reduction in weight will be taken for modulating platinum plus breaking value, and 100% value of the diamond in the jewellery will be given.
  3. Gems such as pearls, amethyst and garnets are not sold again. So this gem will not be taken back. Other gems will be purchased at the stated rate i.e. 50% of the original sale price on receipt (if the gem is in good condition) and Bangkok Topaz will be purchased at 30% of the original sale price.
  4. Gemstones like emeralds, garnets are brittle so care must be taken when using these gems in rings.

  1. एकदा दिलेली ऑर्डर कोणत्याही कारणास्तव व कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत रद्द केली जाणार नाही. तसेच ऑर्डरचा माल दिलेल्या तारखेस घेऊन न गेल्यास नुकसान भरपाई म्हणून १८% (द.सा.द.शे.) दराने व्याज द्यावे लागेल, तसेच भाव वाढल्यास वाढीव बाजारभावाचा फरक द्यावा लागेल. ऑर्डर दिलेला माल पावती शिवाय मिळणार नाही.
  2. ) गोवि दं दंडेअडँ सन्स प्रायव्हेट लि मि टेड मधनु खरेदी केलेल्या सोन्याच्या दागि न्यांवर मोडतांना / बदली करतांना वजनात घट नाही. (मणी, ठुशी हेदागि नेअपवाद)
  3. काही अपरीहार्य कारणास्तव दि लेल्या तारखेस ऑर्डरर्ड पर्णू र्णहोऊ न शकल्यास पेढी जबाबदार राहणार नाही.
  4. काही अपरिहार्य कारणाने दिलेल्या तारखेस ऑर्डर परिणाम होऊ न शकल्यास पेढी जबाबदार राहणार नाही.
  5. ऑर्डर पोटी जमा केलेल्याने/परत केलेजाणार नाही.
  6. एकदा विकलेला माल कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत बदलू दिला जाणार नाही.
  7. दागिने चांगल्या स्थितीत असल्याच्या तम्हास दाखवण्यासाठी दिलेला आहे. तसेच दागिने अनधिकृत असल्याने तो वापरणे
  8. आवश्यक आहे... त्याच्या मोडतोडीबद्दल पेढी जबाबदारी स्वीकारली जात नाही.
  9. मालाच्या वजनात ०.०५० मिलीग्रॅम फरक येत असेल, त्यामुळे पेढी जबाबदार नाही...
  10. सदरच्या मालाच्या मूळदार स्वरूपात बदल केल्यास त्याच्या धरांमध्ये पेढी जबाबदारी स्वीकारली जात नाही.
  11. सदर मालाची मोडीसाठी किंवा बदली करण्यासाठी सोबत या पावतीची आवश्यकता आहे. मूळ मालकाशी संबंधित व्यवहार केला जाईल.
  12. माल विक्री (मोडी) करण्यासाठी किंवा बदली करण्यासाठी आणल्यास खड्या, मोत्या, मणी, मिना, मजरू, आणि सर्व प्रकारच्या करांमध्ये परत येत नाही.
  13. २२ कॅरेट सोन्याच्या मोडीवेळी चालू बाजार भावापेक्षा ५% व २४ कॅरेट सोन्याच्या मोडीवेळी १.५% कमी दराने रक्कम मिळेल, तसेच ज्यावेळी सोन्याच्या भावात आनिश्चितता असेल त्यावेळी मोडीच्या अटी आणि शर्ती बदल होऊ शकतात.
  14. २२ कॅरेटच्या दागिने बदल करतांना २२ कॅरेटच्या चालू बाजार भावाप्रमाणे रक्कम मिळ
  15. २२ कॅरेट दागिने देऊन जर २४ कॅरेट वेढे/घट केले जावे, तर २२ कॅरेट दागिने चालू बाजार भावाप्रमाणे रक्कम दिली जाईल आणि २४ कॅरेट चालू बाजार भावानुसार खरेदी केली जाईल. दोन्ही व्यवहार स्वतंत्र असेल.
  16. २२ कॅरेट सोन्याच्या मोडीवेळी सोन्याच्या चालू बाजार भावाप्रमाणेसह १% कमी दराने रक्कम मिळेल.
  17. चांदीच्या मालाच्या मोडीवेळी चालू बाजार भावाप्रमाणे २% कमी दराने रक्कम मिळेल. तसेच, ज्यावेळी चांदीच्या भावात आनिश्चितता असेल त्यावेळी मोडीच्या अटी आणि शर्ती बदल होऊ शकतात.
  18. डागी चांदी मालाच्या मोडीवेळी ७०% वजनाने मोडीच्या बाजार भावाप्रमाणेरक्कम मिळेल.
  19. आमच्याकडे खरेदी केलेले किंवा बाहेरील दागिने मोडीसाठी / बदल करण्यासाठी स्वीकारण्याच्या किंमतीवरून अथवा त्यापेक्षा अधिक असल्यास ते गोविंदांच्या दंडेशास आणि सानस प्रायव्हेटेड लिमिटेड कडे देण्यात येतील. सदर दागिने परत घेण्यापेढीसाठी बधं नकारक नाही.
  20. दागिने विकण्यासाठी स्वीकारण्यास होणारी किंमत ₹१०,००० किंवा त्यापेक्षा अधिक असल्यास ती किंमत क्रॉस अकाऊंट पेअबलेचे चेक देण्यात येईल.
  21. सर्व कायदेशीर क्रियाकलाप न्यायालयात होईल.
  22. वरील सर्व नियमांतर्फे फेरबदल करण्यासाठी सर्व अधिकार गोविंदांच्या दंडेशास प्रायव्हेटेड लिमिटेड कडे आहेत. माल विक्री (मोड) करणार्यांनी आज त्यांची याचे संरचनात्मक वर्णन केलेले माल पेढीस चालूपणा मध्ये आहे.

अटी आणि शर्ती ह्या दागिने, प्लॅटिनम दागिनेच नवरत्नांनी.

  1. डायमंडच्या दागिनेवर बदल करतांना, सोन्याची आणि डायमंडची चालू बाजारभावांमध्ये मूल्य मिळेल आणि डायमंडच्या दागिने पर्णु विर्नविक्री करतांना, डायमंडच्या चालू बाजारभावात १०% कमी दराने रक्कम लागेल आणि सोन्याची मूल्य चालू बाजारभावानुसार मिळेल. सर्व प्रकारच्या करांच्या आणि मजरुच्या पसे मिळणार नाहीत.
  2. प्लॅटिनमची बदल केल्यावेळी, वजनात ५% कमी चालू बाजारभावांसहित आणि डायमंडच्या दागिने १००% मिळेल. प्लॅटिनमचा मूल्य मूल्यानुसार १०% कमी होईल आणि मोडीचा मूल्य लागेल आणि डायमंडच्या दागिने १००% मिळेल.
  3. मोती, पावळा आणि लसण्या हे रत्न विकत नाहीत. त्यांचे हेरट्न परत घेण्यात येणार नाही. इतर रत्नांच्या नामदू दराने, अर्थात पावतीवरील मूल्याच्या ५०% प्रमाणे (रत्न योग्य स्थितीत असल्यास) विकत घेतले जातील आणि बँकॉक पुष्कराज मूल्याच्या ३०% प्रमाणे विकत घेतले जातील.
  4. पन्ना, लसण्या आणि इतर रत्न लागणारे हे रत्न जबाबदारीने वापरत असतात, त्यामुळे हे रत्नांचे वापर केले जाते तेव्हाच काळजी घेते जाणे आवश्यक आहे.
